Moreson offers you several options for setting up and conducting your virtual meeting.

Dial Out Operator Assisted
The Moreson operator dials all participants in your teleconference call, bringing each of the participants into the meeting as they are reached. A complete package of optional features such as taping, notification calls, question and answer, and fulltime audio monitoring, most of which are provided at no charge through your own private teleconference operator.
Toll Free Meet Me
Each participant phones a toll free number to reach the teleconference operator. This service is ideal for participants who are traveling or hard to reach. When privacy is an issue we can also provide a customized security code.
Auto Toll Free Meet Me*
Similar to Toll Free Meet Me except participants phone a toll free number then receive a voice prompt asking them to enter or announce their 4 digit security code. This automatically admits them into your teleconference.
1+ Meet Me
Participants phone a predetermined local phone number from anywhere in the world to reach the teleconference operator. Your participants incur their own long distance charges, reducing your costs.
Auto 1+ Meet Me*
Similar to 1+ Meet Me except participants dial a predetermined local phone number, then receive a voice prompt asking them to enter or announce their security code. Entering or giving the correct code automatically admits them into your teleconference. Ideal for meetings where all participants are familiar with each other and operator assembly is not necessary.
Combination
You can mix and match any of the above according to your needs. For example you might request that the operator dial out to some participants, while some others might dial into the operator using a predetermined toll free number or local phone number. Still others might enter automatically by dialing the assigned toll free or local number and then gaining access with a security code.
* With automated teleconferences a live operator can always be summoned by pressing *0 on a touch-tone telephone. Live operator assistance is a complimentary service.
