Complimentary Services: The following services are FREE to Moreson Teleconference customers. If there's something else you need and you don't see it here, chances are we do offer it.  So just ask.
 

Training for First-Time Users

Moreson's professionals guide you through the process so you're confident and competent in leading your group.


Customized Greeting

Whether they're called by the operator or whether they call in to join, all participants can be greeted by your customized message.


Full Time Monitoring

Continuous  visual metering by Moreson's technical staff assures consistent sound levels from start to finish.  Full time audio monitoring is also available upon request.


Operator On Demand

Enter *0 on your touch-tone phone. The operator will come on line to provide assistance, connect other participants, or help with any other technical issues.


Emergency Teleconference

Set up a meeting on a moment's notice. Service is available 24 hours a day, 366 days a year.


Private Label QuickCall™ Service

You can have a permanent dial in number for your company. You will never again have to call participants to give them the number for your meeting.  (May require volume commitments.)


Regular Schedules

Need to meet regularly? No need to request each meeting, we will set it up to happen automatically.


Pass Code 

Available for all Meet Me teleconferences, pass codes are recommended for all of your highly confidential meetings. These require participants to enter a customer specified code or say it orally before they are given access.


Tone Entry Service

For non operator-assisted conferences.  From a touch-tone phone, participants dial a predetermined phone number then enter a passcode. This automatically sends them into your conference.


Customized Music On Hold

Hosts may choose from over 30 selections of music to be played while participants are on hold while waiting for the teleconference to begin.


Participant List

Get a printed list of all participants, customized with any special information you request. You can specify fax, USPS or courier delivery. (Delivery cost extra.)


Roll Call Of Participants

Have the operator announce the names of all participants at the beginning of your teleconference. 


Introduction Of Late Participants

If you decide to allow late participants, you can have the operator announce them as they enter.


Host - Secured Teleconference

You, as the host, control this feature from your touch tone phone. It blocks all further participants from entering once your conference is under way.
Customized Announcements
Give yourself a break!  If you have some prepared announcements, you can have the operator make them for you while you're preparing yourself to host the rest of the meeting.


Listen Only/Lecture/Broadcast Mode

This is ideal for listening to pre-recorded broadcasts, for lectures or for panel discussions.  You can put everyone except those you designate into listen-only mode, assuring that the line stays clear of interruptions and distracting noises.


Early Disconnects Verification Call

Of course participants can leave a conference at any time just by hanging up the phone.  But what if something happened and they got cut off unintentionally?  You can avoid having people miss important information by having the operator call all dial-out participants who disconnect before the end of the teleconference to make sure the disconnection was intentional.


Subconferencing

Split into groups for "break-out" sessions, then reconvene for discussion with everyone. You may request this feature at any time during your meeting.  Just the regular per-minute cost applies.


Customized Reports And Billing By Account Codes

You can have your reports and bills customized with a specialized format or copy distribution. For example: If you provide an account code when you make a reservation, the code will then be added to your service invoice to assist you in cost allocation and tracking.

How to Get Started With Moreson:
  • Fill out the application form and submit it.
  • Shortly thereafter a Moreson account specialist will contact you by phone and confirm the arrangements you have requested.
  • You'll then be able to set up your conferences as you need them, either using the reservation operator or your QuickCall™ line.
