Pass Code

Tone Entry
Service
For non operator-assisted conferences.
From a touch-tone phone, participants dial a predetermined phone number
then enter a passcode. This automatically sends them into your conference.

Music On Hold
Hosts may choose from over 30 selections of music
to be played while participants are on hold while waiting for the teleconference
to begin.

List
Get a printed list of all participants, customized
with any special information you request. You can specify fax, USPS or
courier delivery. (Delivery cost extra.)

at the beginning of your teleconference.

Secured Teleconference
You, as the host, control this feature from your
touch tone phone. It blocks all further participants from entering once
your conference is under way.
Customized Announcements
Give yourself a break! If you have some
prepared announcements, you can have the operator make them for you while
you're preparing yourself to host the rest of the meeting.
Listen
Only/Lecture/Broadcast Mode
This is ideal for listening to pre-recorded broadcasts,
for lectures or for panel discussions. You can put everyone except
those you designate into listen-only mode, assuring that the line stays
clear of interruptions and distracting noises.
Early Disconnects
Verification Call
Of course participants can leave a conference
at any time just by hanging up the phone. But what if something happened
and they got cut off unintentionally? You can avoid having people
miss important information by having the operator call all dial-out participants
who disconnect before the end of the teleconference to make sure the disconnection
was intentional.
Subconferencing
Split into groups for "break-out" sessions, then
reconvene for discussion with everyone. You may request this feature at
any time during your meeting. Just the regular per-minute cost applies.
Customized
Reports And Billing By Account Codes
You can have your reports and bills customized
with a specialized format or copy distribution. For example: If you provide
an account code when you make a reservation, the code will then be added
to your service invoice to assist you in cost allocation and tracking.
