Pre-Notification Of Teleconference Participants

Great for assuring everyone's participation at critical meetings!  The operator either places a reminder call or sends a fax to each participant prior to the scheduled teleconference.
$5 per participant notified.


Taped Teleconference
Recording Master (one copy, delivered First Class Mail) $25.00/tape plus 38¢ per-minute.
Recording Duplicate (per duplicate) $10.00
High quality 90 minute audio cassette tapes of your teleconference call are made per your request. DAT format cassettes are also available.


Digital Playback
You have people who "couldn't make it to the meeting"?  No problem!  Have it recorded and then let them call in and listen later.

Transcripts
Need a written record of what was said?  Transcription services ( $55.00/transcription hour*) are available. This service is provided in conjunction with our taping service.  Medical, Engineering and Scientific transcription services are available.
* A "transcription hour" equals approximately 20 teleconference minutes
Additional copies are $8.00 per copy plus delivery cost.
Disk of transcription - $10.00 per disk.
Web posting of transcription - $25.00/day.
Email delivery of transcription - Free to first address, $10 each additional.

Question & Answer, QuickPoll, Full time Operator Monitoring 
25¢/min additional per participant per feature, or full package for 89¢/min per participant includes bridging.


With Q&A, all participants are placed in a listen only mode and can signal that they have a question by entering codes on their touch-tone telephones. Questioners are placed in a queue which can be screened by the chairperson, and each questioner is announced when being placed in talk mode. 
Q & A sessions are very effective in large meetings because they control background noise, those who are allowed to  ask questions and the number of questions that are taken.

With QuickPoll, participants can respond to pre-established multiple choice questions using their touch-tone telephones. Results are tabulated and can be provided orally during the conference and/or in print form. 


Interpreter Services
